Sitting on 2 acres, the Beehive Retirement Community is nestled in the heart of McCleary, Washington, a quiet, country town of 1600 people, and home to the annual Bear Festival. Residents are within easy walking distance to the grocery store and great, local restaurants like the Bear’s Den and Rain Country. The Beehive offers Independent Living apartments, with housekeeping, meals and activities for seniors who are very much independent, as well as assisted living and memory care for those seniors who need varying degrees of assistance with activities of daily living. The dietary staff at the Beehive are known for their delicious cheesecakes, tomato pies and weekly biscuits and gravy breakfast (open to all member of the McCleary community) and our residents look forward to every meal. While the atmosphere at the community is relaxed and laid back, there are lots of activities going on every day of the week that keep our residents active, engaged and having a lot of fun.Each Person ages differently and has his or her own unique needs.
