Our facility is uniquely situated across the street from the renowned 18-hole Homestead golf course, pro-shop, and restaurant. We are part of the 14,000 resident community of Lynden. The City of Lynden offers a variety of easily available shopping, transit, restaurants, and community activities.The location of Meadow Greens offers our residents panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains to the east and Canadian Rockie mountains to the north. The view is often accentuated with awe inspiring sunrises and sunsets.At Meadow Greens, we provide a supportive environment that maximizes your independence. Our facility is set up to offer both independent and assisted living.ServicesBathing assistance, medication assistance, treatments, and incontinence care are all services available at Meadow Greens Assisted Living. An individualized plan of care is uniquely developed for each resident based on the resident’s needs and the orders of their physician. Meadow Greens will also coordinate service providers from the community to ensure the best care package available for each resident. Examples of such services are Hospice, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and respiratory therapy.StaffThere is staff available to assist with needs 24 hours each day in Assisted Living. The staff include Nursing Assistants, Personal Care Aides, and an RN on site or on-call 24 hours per day.Housekeeping ServicesOne day each week the housekeeping staff will do light housekeeping services in the apartment. These services will include vacuuming, cleaning the toilet and tub, mopping the floor, and cleaning te kitchen counter. Additional housekeeping services are available and can be incorporated into the Individual Care Assessment.
