Because we are a much smaller operation than our competition, we are able to cut out the unnecessary costs and overhead that is common in this industry. Best of all, we choose to pass this savings on to our residents and their families—so you are free to live the life you’ve envisioned for yourself and aren’t saddled with monstrous financial requirements each month.Parkside Retirement Center has been proudly serving the valley, with the same family ownership since 1973 when our Assisted Living community opened. Conveniently situated near shopping centers and parks, our residents love the amenities this wonderful community has to offer. Our residents enjoy three nutritious and delicious meals each day, housekeeping once per week, 24 hour staff, a full activities program and all utilities (except telephone) that are all included in the very affordable base rate. We do have a telephone system that is available at a very affordable price with no long distance charges within the United States. If more care is needed we offer a wide range of personal care and services from medication supervision to personal laundry service, and many other services for an additional cost.
