 Montclair is a not-for-profit personal care community that offers a safe and stimulating environment catering to a resident’s unique needs. Montclair care partners balance providing essential care with optimizing privacy and independence. Montclair’s mission is to give the highest regard to resident choices and decisions. We call this “person-centered care.”

Tucked away on 16 acres of park-like land on a private lake and walking paths, Montclair is a sanctuary within the bustling Atlanta metropolitan area. Our community is conveniently located off of Clairmont Road, directly across the street from the VA Hospital and Emory University’s campus with its extensive medical facilities. 

A personal care community is a safe and secure environment where residents live a relatively independent lifestyle but also receive support with certain daily activities. These activities include bathing, dressing, medication administration, mobility, and more. Montclair’s trained Care Partners are present to help residents perform these tasks safely while still respecting and promoting independence.

Montclair Personal Care Home is owned by Clairmont Place Condominium Association, a non-for-profit community for independent living. We encourage you to visit Montclair!
