New & attractive but STERILE
Very few residents out of rooms. Minimal engagement with residents. Residents alone and ignored in MC, request (for cocoa) dismissed.
Caregiver:Resident ratio is 3:50 in MC :(
MC activities are WEAK (balloon toss, sing along and that's about it)
No one in MC courtyard on sunny day, looks generally unused. One tiny raised garden bed that looks like a prop--no gardening gear in sight and one lone plant in planter.
IL, AL, MC on campus
NO two person transfers or hoyer, no nursing delegations/heavy care
Full size fridge in AL but no kitchen, tiny sink. For snacks and drinks only.
Medicaid AL but Private Pay ONLY in MC
RN on staff but not on site, 24 hr on call.
NO smoking at all onsite
NO meals included in IL Housekeeping 1x week and all utilities are included Small patio/deck but no yard space
IL units are like condos--upstairs and downstairs are separate residences BUT can still access each from the other...?
Elevators in 2-story IL standalone units. Also has a 2-story IL apartment on campus. BUT--elevators are too small for power chair/scooter and probably most manual W/C
All showers are roll-in ADA compliant
