Olympic Alzheimer’s Residence is conveniently located between Tacoma and Gig Harbor, just one mile from Tacoma Narrow Bridge. Our quiet surroundings provide a peaceful sanctuary for our residents. Olympic Alzheimer's Residence is a community specifically designed to care for individuals suffering from Alzheimer's disease, memory loss and other forms of dementia. Our residence offers three different communities of care that serves a family of 20 residents. Our trained personal care assistants are attuned to the individual needs of each community and care for residents with a state accredited Montessori based activity program. All activities help residents enjoy a high quality of life while having fun. We feature amenities not available in urban settings. Our community includes its own beauty salon, a lovely garden, chapel and private dining rooms for gathering with family and friends. The grounds feature enclosed courtyards, gardens, exercise yards and an extensive network of wandering paths all in a safe and protected environment.
