Apartments are offered on a month-to-month basis and include one meal daily, weekly housekeeping, and utilities.

Triplex Homes
Combine all the comforts and privacy of home with all the benefits of living in our retirement community and you will see why Triplex Homes are a popular option. Our Triplex Homes are offered on a month-to-month basis. They feature attached garages, gas fireplaces, washers and dryers, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a few have jetted tubs.

Light Assisted Living
Our goal in Light Assisted Living is to help our residents with their daily needs while allowing them to maintain a healthy independent lifestyle. The provision of services allow residents to obtain light to medium support in the comfort of their retirement apartment. It maximizes independence and provides supportive services to residents who require assistance with activities of daily living. All of our services are overseen by a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Assisted Living
Orchard Crest Assisted Living Center is joined to our retirement community by an interior hallway. Our Assisted Living residents can choose from spacious studios and 1 & 2 bedroom apartments with all the benefits of around-the-clock support plus a custom-ized care plan.
Our Assisted Living residents may enjoy all the amenities of our independent living center with these additional features or differences:

Memory Care
The newest addition to our community is a Memory Care Unit. This is a specially designed and secured building precisely for seniors with memory loss. It is built to create a peaceful, calming and fulfilling surrounding. We offer:

• Licensed nurses to oversee health conces and monitor changes in behaviors
• Medication managers to assist with medications properly and safely
• Secured community to protect those residents who wander, which often happens with memory loss
