Spring Arbor Senior Living

Spring Arbor is an assisted living and memory care community on Capitol Landing Rd. with the capacity for 76 residents in assisted living adn 24 residents in our secure memory care community.  We are a licensed non-ambulatory community.   We have therapy services on site offered through Bayada for our residents who have physician orders for physical/speech and occupational therapy.  These services would typically be covered under the resident's medical plan.   Our community is on one floor, with all services under the same roof.  Our apartments in Assisted Living have 9 ft ceilings, a private bath and a kitchenette.  In our memory care community "the cottage" we have 9 companion apartments and 6 private apartments.   We are commited to providing excellent care to our residents.  We get many referrals from both current and previous family members as well as professionals in the Williamsburg area.
